Key Personnel
All key personnel regularly attend industry educational seminars. At a minimum, each year all upper level management personnel attend the Building Service Contractor Association International (BSCAI) annual convention and trade show. This allows our personnel to keep current with the latest technology and methodology. Most upper level personnel attend additional educational seminars by the BSCAI as well as seminars presented by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
Joe Paulo
Joe began in the Industry in 1975. Having worked his way up from day porter to partner he has a unique perspective on all aspects of the industry. By the early 1980’s Joe was responsible for overseeing janitorial operations in over 30 TGIF’s and a number of Macy’s Department stores. Joe joined the Andrews & Company team in 1988. Andrews & Company went from a sole proprietor ship to a partnership in 2003. Joe’s addition to the partnership as Director of Operations was extremely valuable to the company. This position entails a multitude of skills. Communication with customers and Andrews’ staff, knowing how to problem solve, and the ability to get a job done not only economically, but correctly. He has helped Andrews & Company expand into new areas and keep our customer retention very high.
Rita Paulo Bozzoli
This position entails performing high level Quality Control inspections, organizing project work such as carpet shampooing and floor stripping and training of supervisors.
Nadja Meo
Nadja started her career at Dreyfus, as a mutual fund accountant. Her career at Andrews & Company began in 1998, In 2003 she joined the partnership and by 2012 she took on the role of CEO and managing partner. Her skill set includes adherence to all government and contractual regulations. Additionally, she is in constant contact with all our operations personnel to insure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Jamie Krulikowsky
Jamie is our Human Resource Director. Her 20+ year tenure with the company has made her an expert at maintaining proper procedures and records for hiring, background checks, employee training and employee satisfaction.
