FLOOR WORK

Carpets

As a member of the Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification (IICRC), we take pride in our ability to use the best equipment, material and techniques to maintain your carpet. Andrews & Company offers Extraction, Rotary Brush Shampooing, and Bonnet Cleaning.

All systems are available per your request or needs. These services can be provided as part of an overall plan designed for our customers’ needs or may be purchased individually.

Tile Floors

Floor care is one of our main prides. Proper floor preparation and care is paramount. Not only do the floors look great, it saves our customers money.

Andrews & Company offers Spray Buffing, High Speed Burnishing, Scrubbing and Recoating, Stripping and Refinishing, and Stripping, Sealing and Waxing. We will provide the service which is needed for your VCT floor. These services can be provided as part of a plan designed to meet your needs or on a one time basis.

Terrazzo, Marble, and Ceramic Tile

Andrews & Company recommends scrubbing these surfaces unless otherwise indicated by manufacturers. Upon request, we offer sealing and waxing for Terrazzo and Ceramic Tile.

Polished Concrete

Polished concrete has quickly become one of the most popular types of flooring. Our staff has had extensive education and training on the proper maintenance including proper chemical use, burnishing with multiple grades of diamond pads, and application of guard.
