Andrews & Company became an authorized vendor for the Port Authority of NY NJ
We have now been designated an Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business, and as such we can help you to fill your federal set-aside quotas.
In 2016, Andrews & Company officially became an international contractor, acquiring service contracts in Germany.
Business was booming in 2014. Andrews & Company began three new 5-year contracts! The contracts are for services in Nevada, Georgia and one in our backyard, Pennsylvania.
Sussex County Community College called in Andrews & Company for emergency services. A one-month contract turned into four!
Yet another contract from an agency that considers us one of their best contractors in the US. Andrews’ President of Operations says “Finally a location where I can also do some skiing!
Faced with the need to pass environmental safety testing, we received a last weekend call from a New Jersey school district to correct a problem caused by system design. Working throughout the holiday weekend, we successfully remediated the problem.
This contract resumes a long standing relationship. The 2 year break in service was from a contractor that could not match our level of service.
This contract was awarded due to cost savings offered by superior efficiency, equipment and supervision.
As of February 2013, Andrews & Company has been officially certified as a Small Woman-owned business (SWOB)!
Andrews & Company, LLC has begun contract work for retail locations at Fort Riley, Kansas.
Andrews & Company, LLC has once again been selected for the INC 5000 fastest growing private companies in the US. This is the fourth consecutive year that Andrews & Company has been selected for this prestigious INC Magazine list.
Andrews & Company LLC has been awarded a 5-year contract for janitorial services at Fort Dix, New Jersey. This contract from the Army Air Force Exchange Service covers 13 sites at various locations in central New Jersey. Andrews now has contracts with this agency in 7 states and the District of Columbia.
As the result of a new contract with the Army and Air Force Exchange Service at Fort Benning, Andrews & Company has officially expanded its operations to the state of Georgia.

A multi-year contract to clean a 4 elementary school district in Southwest New Jersey as well as a private school in suburban Philadelphia signals our entry into this market. This will expand our present work with community and 4 year colleges. We believe that increasing fiscal pressures will make our ability to clean effectively at reasonable prices attractive in this market.

The Andrews & Company, LLC headquarters building is becoming a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) building. Architect’s plans and LEED consultant’s survey indicate that we will be able to achieve the Silver LEED Certification.
Andrews & Company, LLC begins cleaning facilities along the Atlantic City Expressway. A new multi-year contract has been entered into for janitorial services at South Jersey Transportation Authority Facilities from Atlantic City to Camden, NJ.
Andrews & Company LLC has opened a new Apartment Cleaning and Maintenance Division. As of 2008 we are responsible for cleaning and minor maintenance in over 1700 apartments in 4 complexes, which involves preparing apartments for new occupants.
Andrews & Company has been named to the INC 5000 list of the 5000 fastest growing companies in the country.
Andrews & Company has been awarded the contract for cleaning and monitoring the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal Project Office and Museum in Chesapeake City, Maryland. The award was made by the US Army Engineer District of Philadelphia.
Andrews & Company will open operations in Florida, servicing 9 retail locations in the Fort Walton Beach area on the Panhandle.
Andrews & Company has been awarded the Army and Air Force Exchange Service contract for cleaning at Andrews (no relation!) Air Force Base in Maryland.
Andrews & Company was called on an emergency basis to prepare Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) locations for inspection and to take over janitorial operation. On 4 days’ notice, we dispatched partner and Operations Manager Joe Paulo and key personnel to prepare 3 facilities on Fort Belvoir, VA for upcoming inspections and to take over ongoing cleaning operations. Several AAFES managers say the facility has not looked so good in years!
Responding to a new law in New Jersey requiring large facilities to regularly sweep paved areas to reduce pollution from storm water runoff, Andrews & Company has initiated a Sweeping Division. Utilizing truck-mounted vacuum sweepers, we started with contracts for the Veteran’s Administration complexes in Lyons and East Orange, New Jersey.
